By accessing or using GamSnack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GamSnack is an online platform providing GAMSAT test preparation materials, practice questions, essay analysis, and study tools to help students prepare for the Graduate Australian Medical School Admission Test.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account using Google OAuth to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Upload, post, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on GamSnack, including questions, explanations, and materials, is protected by copyright
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• You retain ownership of content you submit (essays, notes) but grant us license to use it for Service provision

6. User-Generated Content

• You are solely responsible for content you submit to the Service
• You grant GamSnack a license to use your content for Service operation and improvement
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable

7. Privacy

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• GamSnack is not affiliated with ACER or the official GAMSAT examination
• Our practice materials are for preparation purposes and may not reflect actual exam content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamSnack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
